Seoul:
Seoul, officially the Seoul Special City, is the capital and largest city of South Korea. Seoul is known to be one of the safest places to travel in with its low crime rate.
There is a blend of old and new in Seoul with the modern high-rises and trendy shops mixed in with ancient temples and palaces. Shopping is not a problem with the many department stores and street shops located around the city. People are very sociable and kind to visitors in Seoul. You will always see people in groups laughing and walking along the streets.
The city's skyscrapers are divided into many clusters, spread amongst the main business and residential districts. The traditional CBD, known as Chongro-gu, contains many mid-rise office towers and embassies. Youido, a small island in the Han River, contains many mid-rise headquarters for financial institutions, as well as the building that has been the city's tallest for 20 years: the DLI 63 Building.
